• Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancelling a session. Missed sessions without prior notice may be charged at the full rate.

4. Code of Conduct

We strive to maintain a respectful and positive learning environment. The following behavior is strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language towards tutors or staff.

• Recording sessions without explicit permission (outside of our standard quality assurance recordings).

Violation of this code of conduct may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

All content provided on the EDOO platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of EDOO or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

EDOO provides its services "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding specific academic outcomes. While we strive for excellence, we represent that we cannot guarantee a specific grade or test score. In no event shall EDOO be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
