These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EDOO website and tutoring services. By booking a trial, enrolling, or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

EDOO provides personalized 1-on-1 live online tutoring in subjects including Mathematics, English, Science and Computer Science, along with progress reports, assessments and study materials. Session structure and scheduling are agreed between you and EDOO.

2. Free trial

We offer a complimentary trial session to new students. The trial carries no obligation to purchase and requires no payment details. Availability of trial slots may be limited.

3. Enrolment & payments

• Fees depend on the subject, grade and number of sessions, and are confirmed before enrolment.
• We accept international payments in multiple currencies through third-party payment providers.
• Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Scheduling, cancellations & refunds

Sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Cancellation and refund terms for paid packages will be provided at enrolment. Because the trial is free, no refund applies to it.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when booking.
• Ensure a suitable device and internet connection for online sessions.
• Treat tutors and staff with respect; abusive conduct may result in suspension of services.

6. Intellectual property

All study materials, e-modules and content provided by EDOO are for the enrolled student’s personal learning use only and may not be copied, resold or redistributed without permission.

7. No guarantee of specific results

We are committed to quality teaching and measurable progress, but academic outcomes depend on many factors. Testimonials and statistics on our site reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of specific results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, EDOO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the services in question.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
